Effective Confidence

Being aware of what's within the boundaries of your vision and having the know how that forms a clear picture of that vision is vital to how effective you will be. This "know how" confidence allows for "I know that" confidence. When you "know that" is the proper picture, and its clear, your ideas and actions begin to produce the image you see. To live in effective confidence, the actions you take must be fully and clearly expressed, lively demonstrated, and nothing implied with hesitation. You also must have an unquestionable and unreserved trust in the desired outcome of the action chosen. Knowing what you're doing with life must be explicit (clearly expressed). Knowing how you're doing life must be implicit (absolute & unreserved).

When you know who you are and what you're suppose to be doing, effective confidence engages, and life is full of power, passion, and purpose.

It's not to late, unpack the doubt and hesitation, you can live out your dreams with effective confidence.

Runaway Schedule

Hey, take a look at my schedule, there's not a day I can squeeze anything else in, how about that! Many boast about their filled in calendar, their runaway schedule. There's no room for error or no extra time for anything, it's like a gymnast on the balance beam, one wrong step or loss of balance and its a mess. Don't allow a full calendar, or an electronic device that reminds you of your packed schedule to create a sense of your importance. Having a runaway schedule is like eating bad food, it will make you sick or even kill you in some cases. The cost is beyond what you want to pay, and having a packed schedule won't make up the difference. Stop locking yourself down with a packed schedule of materialistic appointments. Remember who you are not just what you're doing, family and friends often get left off the schedule. You can make a change, if you don't your likely to crash. Some crashes are fatal, some paralyzing, and some that get your attention, but you have no say so in which one you experience.

Are you becoming the person you desire to be?

Old Fashion Communication

The way we communicated 15 years ago seems to have vanished in mid-air, literally. The day of the smart phone and Internet doesn't seem to be going any where except up and out. People overemphasize productivity, and measure their activity of success by the task completed. The term workaholic ring a bell? The lack of talking to people in person, seeing their eyes and reactions, begins to isolate from the real world, and real people. People who rely on smart phone communication or Internet social time, usually suffer lonliness, have trouble in close relationships if they have any, and have low energy physically and mentally. Motivation and boredom seem to be a constant battle, and they can't wait until the end of the work week. The old sayings; "Thank God It's Friday", and "Thank God It's Over For Another Week", are common sayings. Spending time with real people and talking about real life makes for a better and more enjoyable life. People think it's opposite, if you avoid people you avoid conflict and problems. Conflict builds strength to overcome problems, avoid conflict and get beat up with problems.

"When the eyes say one thing and the tongue another, a practiced man relies on the language of the first." Ralph Waldo Emerson

Take time to unpack some real communication with real people, you'll feel more alive than ever!
